Order Delivery

SK STYLE LTD will ship orders by a suitable carrier once payment has been received. You must be available to take delivery of your order, failure to do so could result in additional charges for you to pay. Once the order is received the order should be checked and any product damage or missing items should be passed to SK STYLE LTD within 5 days of the delivery being received, failure to do this voids any responsibility SK STYLE LTD has to investigate an issue as you have accepted the order as received and correct and no warranty claim can be made after the 5 days has passed.

Reservation Of Title
The goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk as from delivery. In spite of delivery having been made, property in the goods shall not pass from the Seller until the Buyer shall have paid the price plus VAT in full; and no other sums whatever shall be due from tthe Buyer to the Seller.
